1. Take care to prevent particles such as chips, dust and impurities from entering the auxiliary working area of the screw, which will cause damage to the screw.

2. The ball screw is a moving accessory. It must be fully lubricated to avoid damage to the ball screw due to oil loss and dry friction. When the machine uses large flow cooling, pay attention to increasing the frequency and flow of ball screw lubrication to avoid water rust on the screw.

3. Don't make the nut exceed the travel limit;

4. Strictly prevent collisions, which will cause the ball screw nut returning device to be damaged and affect the accuracy and noise.

Second, the servo motor of the turning and milling compound center


1. When equipped with a servo motor or variable frequency speed regulation, according to the alarm information (alarm number) of the servo driver or inverter, find out the cause of the alarm and the method of eliminating the alarm, or call and contact our company personnel;

2. The main motor (variable-frequency motor or two-speed motor) and the drive motor (stepper motor or servo motor) should be protected from moisture. If the motor enters the water, it will cause a short circuit between the motors and burn the motor. The servo motor should prevent collision. Cause the servo motor encoder to be damaged;

3. When the machine tool is not in use for a long time, the main power should be cut off, and the machine tool should be continuously operated for at least once every month for 2-3 hours

4. When using the inverter, after the AC power is cut off, before the indicator of the digital operator of the AC motor driver does not go out, it means that there is still high voltage inside the AC motor driver. It is very dangerous. Before proceeding;


3. Spindle of turning and milling compound machining center


1. When the temperature difference between the main shaft and the bushing is too large, it will easily cause the main shaft bearing to burn out. The oil cooler temperature must be set according to the winter and summer temperatures;

2. In order to ensure the long-term smooth running and service life of the main shaft, the user should warm up the machine to ensure the service life of the main shaft after handing over with the machine;

3. It is recommended to maintain the spindle running speed at the normal running speed (85% of the high speed of the spindle).

4. The daily maximum speed running time should not exceed 1/4 of the daily processing time;

5. The outer ring of the main shaft is blown, and the pressure standard is set at 1.2 kg per square centimeter to 1.5 kg per square centimeter;

6. At the normal running speed of the spindle, the continuous running time must not exceed 8 hours. Every eight hours of spindle operation, the spindle needs to be slowed down to low speed for 1 hour.

7. In the normal use of the spindle of the lathe and milling machine tool, the parts are guaranteed for 1 year and the bearing is guaranteed at 1600 / hr.

8. Be careful when blowing iron chips with an air gun when the spindle is not equipped with a knife / tool holder. Do not allow iron chip powder / water to enter the taper hole of the spindle, which may lead to poor spindle accuracy or damage;
